All returns are valid within 10 days of purchase. If vinyl peels off glass within that time frame PLW will replace that same glass for free. After the 10 days the return policy is no longer.

How to clean and take care of your prime glass is very simple and easy! Wash by hand preferably with dawn soap , lastly air dry. Do NOT put Prime glasses in the dishwasher. This can cause the vinyl to peel off.
